Common use of Allowed Laytime Clause in Contracts

Allowed Laytime. 7.5.1 Subject to Clause 7.5.2, the period of time (“Allowed Laytime”) allowed for the Operator to unload each LNG Vessel shall be as follows: Scheduled Cargo Size (m3) Allowed Laytime between 130,000 m3 – 150,000 m3 (both inclusive) 36 hours between 150,000 m3 – 170,000 m3 36 hours plus 1 hour per 8,000 m3 (or part thereof) in excess of 150,000 m3 Allowed Laytime shall begin to count upon the LNG Vessel being all fast alongside the FSRU and all lines connected at the FSRU Site.
