ALTERATION AND RE-SCHEDULING OF EMI. If the entire amount of the Loan is not fully drawn by the Borrower within a period of 36 months from the Effective Date, EMIs shall be altered and rescheduled in such manner and to such extent as the Bank may, in its sole discretion, decide and the repayment shall thereupon be made as per the said alteration and re-scheduling notwithstanding anything stated in this Agreement.
