Alterations and building works. The University and its approved contractors and other third parties have the right to carry out building and construction works and alterations at the Accommodation and on any adjoining or neighbouring property without any liability other than for claims of negligence, death or personal injury or anything else which the University is unable to limit or exclude its liability in respect of by law. You agree not to change, alter, redecorate or damage the Accommodation or tamper with any plumbing, electrical or other installations in the Accommodation and not to install any telephone line, satellite dish, television or radio aerial.
