Alternate Examination Dates. In the event an employee in this unit is unable to participate in an examination because of the death within seven days immediately preceding the scheduled date of an examination, of an employee's grandparent, parent, spouse, brother, sister, child, or a relative living in the employee's household, such employee shall be given an opportunity to take such examination at a later date, but in no event shall such examination be scheduled sooner then two days following the date of burial.
