Alternate Plans. The District's present intent is to maintain the current health plans, and agrees to meet and confer with the Union in the event of a proposed or necessary change.

Alternate Plans. The College may change the insurance carrier and/or offer alternative plans in place of the current plans, provided the alternative plan’s benefit structure is substantially equivalent to the current plan. In the event the College decides to explore an alternative plan in place of the current plan, the College and the Union will meet with representatives of the carriers to review the proposals.
Alternate Plans. The Town may offer one and/or more voluntary, alternate health insurance plans. Each employee may choose whether or not to enroll in any alternate plan. The Town reserves the right to determine the terms, conditions, cost shares and all substantive aspects of any alternate plan.

  • Classification Plan Revisions A. The Employer will provide to the Union, in writing, any proposed changes to the classification plan including descriptions for newly created classifications. Upon request of the Union, the Employer will bargain, in accordance with Article 37, Mandatory Subjects, the effect(s) of a change to an existing class or newly proposed classification.

  • Beneficiary Rollovers from Employer-Sponsored Retirement Plans If you are a spouse Beneficiary, nonspouse Beneficiary, or the trustee of an eligible type of trust named as Beneficiary of a deceased employer plan participant, you may directly roll over inherited assets from a qualified retirement plan, 403(a) annuity, 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity, or 457(b) governmental deferred compensation plan to an inherited IRA. The IRA must be maintained as an inherited IRA, subject to the beneficiary distribution requirements.

  • Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan 9.9.1 The College agrees to implement a group Registered Retirement Savings Plan for participation by employees. For regular employees who wish to participate in the Plan, the College agrees to contribute the total amount of the annual contribution by the fifteenth of the first month of the Benefit Year. The employee shall repay that contribution through payroll deduction in equal instalments throughout the Benefit Year.

  • Basic Plan All services are subject to an annual deductible of $50 per person and $100 per family. Preventive services are covered at 100%. After paying the deductible, the plan provides usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR) coverage at 100% for diagnostic and restorative services, and 80% for major services. Orthodontia is not covered.

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:

  • Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.

  • Early Retirement Option The District may offer an early retirement incentive for unit members.

  • REGISTERED RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN 1. In this Article:

  • Annuity Plan Teachers will be eligible to participate in a "tax sheltered " Annuity Plan established pursuant to United States Public Law No. 87-370. Annuity deductions shall be made on a semi-monthly basis.
