Alternate Project Manager. Actuary shall inform XXXXXX in writing of the person appointed, if any, as its Alternate Project Manager, which appointment shall be subject to XXXXXX's advance written approval. The Alternate Project Manager shall act in the Project Manager's absence or unavailability and shall assume the same responsibilities as the Project Manager.
