Alternative Arrangements. 6.4.4.1 Should the transfer option be considered inappropriate by the Company, if an Employee is directly affected by the inclement weather an Employee may be required to attend the Company office or other location to perform general duties and/or attend safety, skills development or training sessions or to attend meetings to discuss the organisation of work as directed by the Company.
