The Drawdown Tickets are a vital part of funding for manydifferent academic, athletic, and facility improvements. Student accounts will be charged with $200 if tickets are not sold.

The purpose of the meeting will be to share the reasons for introducing a shift and to involve employees in the design of the schedule. Should shift work be implemented for a function and should there be more than one employee performing that function and sufficient volunteers are not available to perform the required shift work, qualified individuals will be assigned by reverse seniority. The schedule for any given employee who has been assigned to a shift will not be changed without the Employer providing two weeks' notice to the individual, except in the case of an emergency. Any employee's shift schedule will be designed to provide a reasonably consistent schedule. This Letter of Intent will remain in effect for the period September to August and may be renewed by mutual agreement. OF INTENT CHANGE OF HOURS OF WORK Should a change be made to the current school year, the Employer reserves the right to change the hours of work of year employees to accommodate a new school year. Changes will be implemented as required but such changes, including the possible accommodation of staff, will be discussed with the Union prior to implementation.
