Alternative Eligibility. The above notwithstanding, in the event the Executive becomes eligible for health insurance benefits from a new employer during the Benefits Continuation Period, the Company’s obligations under this Section 3(d) shall immediately cease and the Executive shall not be entitled to any additional monthly premium payments for health insurance coverage. Similarly, in the event the Executive becomes eligible for dental insurance benefits from a new employer during the Benefits Continuation Period, the Company’s obligations under this Section 3(d) shall immediately cease and the Executive shall not be entitled to any additional monthly premium payments for dental insurance benefits. The Executive hereby represents that Executive will notify the Company in writing within three (3) days of becoming eligible for health or dental insurance benefits from a new employer during the Benefits Continuation Period.
Alternative Eligibility. Employees who would not otherwise be eligible under the terms above, who have taught at least one college course for 4 of the last 5 years, and who have lost at least one college course since 1996-97 (Tutor 5) shall receive $750 as per the time lines above.
