Alternative Plans of Insurance. C. Medical Reimbursement & Dependent Day Care. The certified employee shall make his or her selection during the open enrollment scheduled by USD 480 and such selection shall not be changed during the year unless meets Section 125 Cafeteria Plans stipulations. Before USD 480 can change or alter coverage or carriers or present plans, the administration must consult with, but shall not be required to obtain the consent of, the President or Vice President of LNEA. 403B vendors will be limited to vendors that meet the criteria of USD 480's 403B written plan.
