Supplemental Salary Committee. Additions to or deletions from the Supplemental Salary Schedule will be recommended as outlined in the Supplemental Salary Committee Guideline. Committee will meet quarterly to review throughout the school year. See Appendix B.
Supplemental Salary Committee. The Supplemental Salary Committee will consist of three (3) representatives of the O.H.E.A. and three (3) administrative representatives. The Committee will meet to review job descriptions and supplemental salaries during the school year prior to negotiations and report by June 1 to the parties. The committee will review all job descriptions and supplemental salary indexes. Written recommendations for new supplemental salary positions, elimination of current positions, and index changes will be made to the O.H.E.A. negotiating team and the school board negotiating team prior to June 1 of the year of negotiations for incorporation into the negotiated agreement. Supplemental Salary Committee. The USD #251 Board of Education and the North Lyon County Teachers Association will form a committee to review the entire supplemental salary schedule. This committee will be chaired by a board member and include a representative group of certified staff members, but not limited to NLCTA members.

Supplemental Salary Committee. 38 39 The District and the Association shall continue to convene the Supplemental Salary Committee. 40 This Committee shall review and establish criteria for the placement of positions covered on the 41 supplementary salary schedule and to recommend changes in placement criteria or salary to the 42 Association and District Labor Management Team. The Committee will consist of five 43 Association appointees and five District appointees. Appointments will be made in October of 44 each year with appointments lasting two (2) years. Supplemental Salary Committee. A district committee shall be established to undertake the task of reviewing the supplemental salary assignments to reflect the District's expectations of those who hold supplemental contracts. The Supplemental Salary Committee shall have the responsibility of reviewing the present salary schedule, assigning weighting factors to supplemental positions, and hearing appeals by staff members in regard to the weighting factors. Any recommendations for negotiations shall be provided by February 1 of each year. The committee will consist of nine (9) members selected from the following guidelines: High School - 2 teachers Middle School - 2 teachers Central Elementary - 1 teacher West Elementary - 1 teacher High School Athletic Director Middle School Athletic Director District Administrator designated by the Superintendent One teacher will serve as the voting chairperson. Teacher members shall be selected to the committee by the WTA President and shall serve a staggered longevity so as to insure continuity of the committee's policies. One teacher from the high school shall serve two (2) years and one shall serve three (3). One teacher from the Middle School shall serve two
Supplemental Salary Committee. The Supplemental Salary Committees shall meet and submit to the Superintendent the level value of present and proposed supplemental activities using the following process. Any person or group requesting a compensation level change or the addition of a new supplemental position shall send a written request to the Supplemental Salary committee for consideration before October 15th and February 15th. The Supplemental Salary Committee will then meet to consider said requests. Upon discussion of the requests and consideration of the factors listed in Section 31.2a above, the Committee will vote on the appropriate compensation level. By simple majority of those present, the Committee shall determine its recommendation to make as to all compensation level requests. Approved changes and additions voted upon by the Committee shall be submitted to the Superintendent, who may make a recommendation to the Board to approve, modify, or reject same. Any action by the Superintendent in making such a recommendation and by the Board in acting or not acting thereon shall be final in each of those regards and not grievable or otherwise subject to appeal.
