AMALGAMATION, CONSOLIDATION, MERGER OR EXPANSION OF THE UNIVERSITY. (a) In the event of a merger or amalgamation or a transfer of jurisdiction, the provisions of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 of Ontario shall apply, particularly sections 62 and 63.
