Ambiguities within Agreement. In case of ambiguities or discrepancies within this Agreement, the following principles shall apply:
(a) as between two Clauses of this Agreement, the provisions of a specific Clause relevant to the issue under consideration shall prevail over those in a general ▇▇▇▇▇▇;
(b) as between the provisions of this Agreement and the Schedules, the Agreement shall prevail, save and except as expressly provided otherwise in the Agreement or the Schedules; and
(c) as between any value written in numerals and that in words, the value in words shall prevail.
Ambiguities within Agreement. In case of ambiguities or discrepancies within this Agreement, the following shall apply:
(a) Between two Articles of this Agreement, the provisions of specific Article relevant to the issue under consideration shall prevail over those in the other Article;
(b) Between the provisions of this Agreement and the Appendices, the Agreement shall prevail, save and except as expressly provided in the Agreement or the Appendices;
(c) Between the written description on the drawings and detailed engineering and the Specifications and Standards, the latter shall prevail; and
(d) Between any value written in numerical and that in words, the latter shall prevail.
Ambiguities within Agreement. In case of ambiguities or discrepancies within this Agreement, the following principles shall apply:
Ambiguities within Agreement. 1.4.1 Subject to the provisions of clause 1.5.1, in case of ambiguities or discrepancies within this Agreement, the following shall apply:
a. between two or more Clauses of this Agreement, the provisions of a specific Clause relevant to the issue under consideration shall prevail over those in other Clauses;
b. between the Clauses of this Agreement and the Schedules, the Clauses shall prevail and between Schedules and Annexes, the Schedules shall prevail;
c. between any two Schedules, the Schedule relevant to the issue shall prevail;
d. between the written description on the Drawings and the Specifications and Standards, the latter shall prevail;
e. between the dimension scaled from the Drawing and its specific written dimension, the latter shall prevail; and
f. between any value written in numerals and that in words, the latter shall prevail.

(a) Between two Articles or more of this Agreement, the provisions of specific Article relevant to the issue under the consideration shall prevail over those in other Articles;
(b) Between the Articles and the Schedules, the Articles shall prevail, save and except as expressly provided in the Articles or the Schedules;
(c) Between the written description on the Drawings and the Specifications and Standards, the latter shall prevail;
(d) Between the written description on the Drawing and the specific written dimension, the latter shall prevail; and
(e) Between any value written in numerals and that in words, the later shall prevail.
Ambiguities within Agreement. In case of ambiguities or discrepancies within this SLA, the following principles shall apply:
(a) as between two Clauses of this SLA, the provisions of a specific Clause relevant to the issue under consideration shall prevail over those in a general ▇▇▇▇▇▇;
