Detailed engineering means non-tabular;
Detailed engineering means to perform multiple discipline design activities and produce documents in support of procurement, construction, commissioning and startup. The major deliverables from detailed engineering are Issue for Permit (IFP), Issue for Construction (IFC) and Procurement Documents.
Detailed engineering means the study to be conducted by the Company concerning the items set forth on Schedule 2.2 -- Detailed Engineering.

Detailed engineering means all detailed engineering and design and associated project management which, with respect to a project similar in nature and scope to the Hebron Project would customarily be performed after Project Sanction, including engineering and design related to: all specifications; 3-D models and drawings; plans and documents for construction, installation and commissioning, operations and maintenance; material take offs, data sheets and purchase order technical requirements; and spares lists.
