Common use of Amendable Date Clause in Contracts

Amendable Date. This Agreement will continue in full force and effect through and including December 31, 2021 and will thereafter renew itself without change each succeeding January 1, unless written notice of intended change is served in accordance with Section 6, Title I, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended (the “Act”) by either party no earlier than 18 months prior to December 31, 2021 or any December 31 thereafter.

Amendable Date. 7 This Agreement will continue in full force and effect through and including December 31March 8 26, 2021 2025 and will thereafter renew itself without change each succeeding January 1March 9 26th , unless written notice of intended change is served in accordance with Section 10 6, Title I, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended (the “Act”) by either party no earlier than 18 at least 11 (6) months prior to December 31March 26, 2021 2025 or on any December 31 March 26th thereafter.. 12

Amendable Date. This Agreement will continue in full force and effect through and including December 31May 1, 2021 2025 and will thereafter renew itself without change each succeeding January 1May 2, unless written notice of intended change is served in accordance with Section 6, Title I, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended (the “Act”) by either party no earlier than 18 12 months prior to December 31May 1, 2021 2025 or any December 31 May 1 thereafter.
