Common use of AMENDMENT AND RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

AMENDMENT AND RENEWAL. A. This writing constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to all matters herein. This provider agreement may be amended only by a writing signed by both parties. Any written amendments to this provider agreement shall be prospective in nature. B. This provider agreement may be renewed one or more times by a writing signed by both parties for a period of not more than twelve months for each renewal. C. In the event that changes in State or Federal law, regulations, an applicable waiver, or the terms and conditions of any applicable federal waiver, require ODJFS to modify this agreement, ODJFS shall notify MCP regarding such changes and this agreement shall be automatically amended to conform to such changes without the necessity for executing written amendments pursuant to this Article of this provider agreement.
