(1) The Minister may amend a licence issued under section 51 to take and use water to the extent necessary to ensure compliance with an approved management plan for any relevant water supply protection area.
Amendment of licence. The occurrence of the Trigger Event referred to in Paragraph 4 (Amendment Of Licence) of Part 1 (Trigger Events) of this Schedule 3 (Trigger Events) will be remedied if an Obligor provides the Security Trustee with written confirmation together with such supporting evidence as may be required by the Security Trustee evidencing that:
(a) the proposed or actual modification to the Networks Licence will not be made; or
(b) Elenia has agreed a form of modification to the Networks Licence which does not and would not be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect or result in a breach of the Default Ratios.
Amendment of licence. A Regulator gives Elenia notice of any proposed or actual modification to the Networks Licence which has, or would reasonably be expected to have, a Material Adverse Effect or result in a breach of the Default Ratios.
Amendment of licence.
(1) The licence may be amended by the Minister for Energy if each of the participants agrees.
(2) The Minister for Energy must notify full details of an amendment of the licence by gazette notice.
Amendment of licence. A Regulatory Authority gives Caruna Oy or Caruna Espoo (as applicable) notice of any proposed or actual modification to either of the Licences which has, or would reasonably be expected to have, a Material Adverse Effect or result in the Senior Interest Cover Ratio or the Senior Leverage Ratio being less than the Default Ratios.

The occurrence of the Trigger Event referred to in paragraph 5 (Amendment of Licence) of Part 1 (Trigger Events) of this Schedule 3 will be remedied if an Obligor provides the Borrower Security Trustee with written confirmation together with such supporting evidence as may reasonably be required by the Borrower Security Trustee evidencing that:

(1) The Minister for Energy may revoke the licence at any time by written notice to each of the participants.
(2) Subsection (1) applies only if an event specified in the licence as a ground for revocation of the licence happens. 16 Termination of licence The licence is terminated if an event specified in the licence as causing termination of the licence happens.
Amendment of licence. The Minister shall forthwith under subsection 18(1A) of the Control Act amend the licence to accord with this agreement. Without limiting that provision, the terms and conditions of the licence on and from the effective date shall be the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Amendment of licence. The Minister will amend the licence under subsection 18(1A) of the Control Act to accord with any variations in the casino tax rates under this agreement from time to time.
