Termination of the Licence however caused, shall not affect the rights of either party under this Agreement which may have accrued up to the date of termination.
Termination of the Licence. 1 In the event of any infringement of the provisions of this Licence by the Licensee, such as infringement by the Licensee of the Licensor’s rights in the Software, in particular in the case of use of the Software above and beyond the rights of use stated in section 3, or in the event of default in payment on the part of the Licensee, the Licensor shall be entitled to terminate this Licence with immediate effect after the expiry without result of a 10-day grace period, set in writing, for restoration of the lawful circumstances. In this case, any outstanding claims for remuneration on the part of the Licensor shall become due immediately, and shall be settled by the Licensee within 10 days. Any payments already made by the Licensee shall be forfeited and shall remain the property the Licensor.
Termination of the Licence. The Licence may come to an end in any of the following ways: • If you sell the Caravan or lose title to it. • If we take steps to terminate it because you have broken your obligations under this Agreement. • If you give us written notice of your wish to end it. • If the Licence Period has expired
Termination of the Licence. 1. This License may be terminated by the Licensor if the Licensor identifies a violation of this Agreement. Termination of this License Agreement is immediate.
2. In the event of cancellation or expiry of the License, the Licensee shall immediately cease further use of the Files, remove the Files and any copies thereof from the terminal equipment.

Where either party terminates the Licence under clause 13, Gas Industry Co must immediately cease all use of the Software (excluding any software owned by a third party, and any software owned by Gas Industry Co) and promptly return such Software to the Service Provider or destroy it.
Termination of the Licence. 4.1 The University may terminate this Licence by serving notice on the Student, if the Student no longer has current registered student, or associate student, status.
4.2 The University may terminate this Licence by serving notice on the Student if the Student has not paid their accommodation fees.
4.3 The University may terminate this Licence by serving notice on the Student if the Student is placed ‘On Stop’ under regulation 8.2 of the Student Contract
4.4 The University may terminate this Licence by serving notice on the Student if the Student is in serious breach of the student obligations.
4.5 The University may terminate this Licence by serving notice on the Student, if the behaviour of the Student constitutes a serious risk to him/herself, or to others.
4.6 If the University terminates this Licence, the student will be charged up until the termination date, or, the date the keys are returned to the Accommodation Office, whichever is latest.
4.7 If the University, due to exceptional circumstances, is required to relocate the Student, the Student has the right to terminate their Licence as an alternative to relocating. 1.2. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. This includes the use of e- cigarettes, vaping and shisha pipes. You must not use the accommodation for any illegal purposes.
1.3. The University has a zero tolerance towards drugs and illegal substances. You must not bring drugs, illegal substances or controlled substances into the accommodation without a prescription.
1.4. Weapons are not permitted in the accommodation even if they are replicas or for decorative purposes.
1.5. You must treat all areas of the accommodation with respect and endeavour not to cause any damage.
1.6. You must notify the Accommodation Office as soon as possible if you have an accident which results in injury, or damage to the accommodation.

Termination of the Licence. The Agreement and Licence granted hereunder will terminate automatically, and without prior intervention of the court, upon any breach of the licence conditions by You. In the event of termination of the present Agreement due to such default on Your part, You must immediately: • cease all use of the Taxonomy; • return or destroy at Your own expense the originals and all copies of the Taxonomy; • certify to EIOPA, by registered letter, that You have complied with the above- mentioned obligations within thirty (30) calendar days.
Termination of the Licence. 7.1 The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Licence without notice if in its sole opinion after having considered that the Licensee has failed to comply with the Licensor’s reasonable directions or breached a condition of this Licence or failed to meet or maintain reasonable safety standards.
7.2 The Licensor shall give twenty-four (24) hours written notice to the Licensee to rectify breaches of a condition or a failure to comply with a reasonable direction made by the Licensor. Repeated breaches may result in termination of the Licence.
Termination of the Licence. 7.1 This Licence may be determined by the Licensor if:
a) The Licensee fails to make the Licence Fee or any other payment or under this Licence, and such failure to pay continues for more than fifteen (15) days of its becoming due.
b) A bankruptcy / insolvency petition shall be issued against the Licensee.
c) The Licensee is in breach of any other provision of this licence.
d) Either party serves a written notice on the other party bringing this licence to an end one month after service of such notice.
e) The Premises become unfit for use or occupation for any reason.
7.2 Upon termination, the Licensor shall have the right to terminate this License and without prejudice to further rights or remedies to deduct any outstanding payment from the Deposit made pursuant to clause 4, and the Licensor shall be entitled to evict the Licensee therefrom.
Termination of the Licence. Option Agreement shall not release either of the parties from any other liability which at the time of termination has already accrued to the other party, nor affect in any way the survival of any other right, duty or obligation of the parties which is expressly stated (or which by implication must) survive such termination.
