Amendment, Suspension and Termination of Redemption. The Managing Member may in its sole discretion, amend, suspend, or terminate the redemption plan at any time without prior notice, including to protect the Series’ operations and non-redeemed Members, to prevent an undue burden on the Series’ liquidity, to maintain the Company’s tax status, to comply with Federal Securities laws and regulations, or for any other reason.
