Amendment to Bidding Documents. 8.1 At any time prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the Purchaser, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective Bidder, may modify the bidding documents by amendment. 8.2 All such amendments also would be made available on the e-Procurement Portal and such amendments will be binding on the respective Bidders. 8.3 In order to allow prospective Bidders reasonable time in which to take the amendment into account in preparing their bids, the Purchaser, at its discretion, may extend the deadline for the submission of bids.

  • Amendment of Bidding Documents 10.1 Before the deadline for submission of bids, the Employer may modify the bidding documents by issuing addenda.
