Unit Employees definition

Unit Employees as used in this Agreement shall refer to the following employees represented by the Association:
Unit Employees. The term applicable to personnel assigned to the organizational unit defined in Section 202 of this agreement. Will: Used interchangeably with “shall.” Both mean mandatory compliance.
Unit Employees means persons who are, as of the Effective Time, employees of Unit or any of its subsidiaries.

Examples of Unit Employees in a sentence

  • Pension Plan for Hourly Bargaining Unit Employees of Kingsport, Hawkins, Sherwood and Distribution; and (vi) Quebecor World Mt. Morris II LLC Employee's Pension Plan.

  • All Bargaining Unit Employees shall become and remain members of the appropriate Constituent Union in accordance with that Union’s bylaws and constitution.

  • Unit Employees shall not be unreasonably denied time off without loss of pay or leave for the purpose of making blood donations or undergoing bone marrow registry testing.

  • Such Union Orientations will be mandatory for all Bargaining Unit Employees within their first month of hire.

  • Section 16.1 The Employer’s performance evaluation system as applied to Bargaining Unit Employees will be fair, equitable, objective and job related.

  • No Corrective Action, disciplinary material, or evaluations shall be placed in a Bargaining Unit Employee's personnel file unless the employee has had an opportunity to review, sign and receive a copy.

  • Whenever a vacancy occurs while employees are on layoff, laid off Bargaining Unit Employees who are qualified to fill the vacancy shall be recalled in order of seniority.

  • The Employer shall reimburse Bargaining Unit Employees within 30 days of receipt for fees paid to maintain certifications required as a condition of employment in their job classifications.

  • Bargaining Unit Employees shall work in the job classifications and on the shifts for which they were hired or onto which they have been transferred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • New Bargaining Unit Employees shall be on probation for ninety (90) calendar days from their date of hire.


More Definitions of Unit Employees

Unit Employees means the employees of Seller or its Affiliates whose primary responsibility is to support or manage the Transferred Activities.
Unit Employees has the meaning set forth in sec. 10(q)(i) below.

Related to Unit Employees

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).

  • Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Key Employees means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.

  • Union Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Other Employees means, all the employees other than the Directors, KMPs and the Senior Management Personnel.

  • Returning Employees means those persons listed in a schedule to be agreed by the Parties prior to the end of the Contract Period who it is agreed were employed by the Contractor (and/or any Sub-Contractor) wholly or mainly in the supply of the Services immediately before the end of the Contract Period.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in value in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control.

  • Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a)(iv).

  • Hired Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(a).

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Separated employees means persons who separate from

  • Casual Employees are employed on an "on call" basis to cover absences due to sick leave, vacation, or other approved leaves, or to augment staff during peak periods or periods of staff shortage.

  • Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.

  • Relevant Employees means the employees who may be affected by a change referred to in subclause (1).

  • Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.

  • Retained Employee does not include any individual who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, equity, capital, or value of the Taxpayer, or a child, grandchild, parent, or spouse, other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who has direct or indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) of the profits, equity, capital or value of the Company.

  • Auxiliary Employee meaning an employee who is employed for work which is not of a continuous nature such as: 1. seasonal positions; 2. positions created to carry out special projects or work which is not continuous; 3. temporary positions created to cover employees on vacation, short term disability leave, education leave, compassionate leave, or other leave; 4. temporary positions created by special programs such as the summer student employment program, winter works programs for the unemployed, emergencies such as floods or other special temporary programs;

  • Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.
