Amendments to Law. As used in this Agreement, unless otherwise specifically provided herein, any reference to any provision of any Town ordinances, resolution, regulations, or policy is intended to refer to any subsequent amendments or revisions to such ordinance, resolution, regulations, or policy, and the parties agree such amendments or revision shall be binding upon Owner.
Amendments to Law. This Agreement is intended to provide indemnity to Indemnitee to the fullest extent allowed under Law, including but not limited to statutory law and judicial decisions. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by Law, if the Law permits greater indemnity than the indemnity set forth herein, or if any amendment is made to any Law expanding the indemnity permissible under Law, the indemnity obligations contained herein automatically shall be expanded, without the necessity of action on the part of any party, to the extent necessary to provide to Indemnitee the fullest indemnity permissible under Law.
Amendments to Law. The parties intend that where this Agreement references federal or state laws or regulations, or School Board policies and regulations that they be bound by any amendments to such laws, policies or regulations upon the effective date of such amendments.
Amendments to Law. A reference herein to a statute or to a regulation issued by a governmental authority includes the statute or regulation in force as of the date hereof, together with all amendments and supplements thereto and any statute or regulation substituted for such statute or regulation, unless the specific language or the context of the reference herein clearly includes only the statute or regulation in force as of the date hereof. A reference herein to a governmental authority, department, board, commission or other public body or to a public officer includes an entity or officer which or who succeeds to substantially the same functions as those performed by such public body or officer as of the date hereof, unless the specific language or the context of the reference herein clearly includes only such public body or public officer as of the date hereof.
Amendments to Law. If ORC 3319.22 is amended and/or changed, the parties agree to meet and negotiate the necessary changes to comply with the law.
Amendments to Law. For purposes of this Section 8, the meaning of “law” within the phrase “to the fullest extent not prohibited by law” shall include, but not be limited to, the DGCL, as the same exists on the date hereof or as it may be amended; provided, however, that in the case of any such amendment, such amendment shall apply only to the extent that it permits the Corporation to provide broader indemnification rights than the DGCL permitted the Corporation to provide prior to such amendment.
