Amherst Policy. The parties acknowledge that the Amherst campus has implemented an administrative process entitled RESPONDING TO WORKPLACE BULLYING (which is not incorporated herein by reference or otherwise). A grievance filed regarding an alleged violation of this provision of the contract may be unilaterally placed on hold by the union, with written notice to the employer, pending the completion of the process described above.
