AMHP and X. X. Xxxxx Parents, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership ("Xxxxx"), the owner of approximately 177 acres of land located north of and immediately adjacent and contiguous to the Property (the "Xxxxx Property") entered into that certain Construction Agreement (the "Construction Agreement"), in which Xxxxx granted AMHP access to the Xxxxx Property to construct certain water and wastewater lines (the "Utility Lines") across the Xxxxx Property within certain public utility easements granted by Xxxxx to the City of Leander, Texas (the "PUEs"), under the circumstances more particularly described in the Construction Agreement.

  • Tests, Labs, and Imaging and X rays (diagnostic) This plan covers diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging and x-rays to diagnose or treat a condition when ordered by a physician. Major Diagnostic Imaging and Tests Major diagnostic imaging and tests include but are not limited to: • magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), • magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), • computerized axial tomography (CAT or CT scans), • nuclear scans, • positron emission tomography (PET scan), and • cardiac imaging. Preauthorization may be required for major diagnostic imaging and tests. This plan covers MRI examinations when the quality assurance standards of R.I. General Law §27-20-41 are met.
