Amount of grants. The Office shall pay up to 100 percent of the costs to the agency in excess of the base program for administering and enforcing the performance standards during the initial regulatory program.
Amount of grants. Subject to the City’s satisfaction of all terms and conditions of this Agreement, the City agrees to provide a Grant, as defined herein, to Woven Health Clinic in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) from funds received by the City through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
Amount of grants. (A) The amount of each grant awarded pur- suant to paragraph (1)(A) to any institution of higher education or combination of such insti- tutions in any fiscal year shall not exceed $500,000.
(B) (i) Except as provided in clauses (ii) and (iii), the Secretary shall award grants in each fiscal year to each institution of higher edu- cation described in paragraph (1)(B) that has an application approved under subsection (b) of this section in an amount which bears the same ratio to the amount reserved pursuant to section 1133a(b)(2) of this title for such fiscal year as the number of unduplicated students placed in cooperative education jobs during the preceding fiscal year (other than coopera- tive education jobs under section 1133c of this title and as determined by the Secretary) by such institution of higher education bears to the total number of all such students placed in such jobs during the preceding fiscal year by all such institutions.
Amount of grants. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the total amount of all grant payments shall not exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) in the aggregate. Grant payments of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) shall be made on March 30 of 2019, and on March 30 of each successive year thereafter through 2023 Grant commitments from the Village will be reduced by an amount equal to the amount the Village contracts to TDS for services purchased by the Village from the effective date of this agreement until March 30, 2023. Such reductions will be calculated and applied against the next grant payment after the services are contracted.
