  • Amount of Paid Personal Leave (i) Paid personal leave is available to an employee, when they are absent:

  • Amount of Sick Leave (a) Full-time Employees - Full-time employees shall accumulate sick pay credits at the rate of one and a half (1-1/2) days per month for each calendar month of service up to a maximum credit of 240 days.   • Aggregate Leave The aggregate amount of leave of absence from employment that may be taken by an employee under Article 21.1 and 21.2 in respect of the birth or adoption of any one child shall not exceed fifty-two (52) weeks, except as provided under Article 21.1(f) and/or 21.2(d). Where an employee is granted total maternity leave under Articles 21.1(a) and 21.1(f) of greater than fifty-two (52) weeks, the employee shall not be entitled to parental leave under Article 21.2.
