Analysis of Specimens. A. The analysis of each specimen shall be done in accordance with procedures adopted by the State Toxicology Laboratory. These procedures shall include but not be limited to security of the test specimens, chain of custody, metabolite cut- off levels and the issuance of test reports.

Analysis of Specimens. A. The analysis of each specimen shall be done in accordance with procedures adopted by the State Toxicology Laboratory. These procedures shall include but not be limited to security of the test specimens, chain of custody, metabolite cut- off levels and the issuance of test reports. B. Candidates for law enforcement employment are not required to submit a medication information form with their specimen. Therefore, if a candidate’s specimen tests positive, the NJIT PD, following notification from the State Toxicology Laboratory, must have the candidate complete the medication information form. Once the form has been completed, the agency is responsible for transmitting the form to the Laboratory. A review of the form will be conducted by the medical review officer as outlined above in addition to the testing outlined.

A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.

  • EODUF Packing Specifications 7.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record.   • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.
