Common use of ANCC Certification Clause in Contracts

ANCC Certification. A) The employer values ANCC certification consistent with the educational level of the employee. All members of the bargaining unit are encouraged to seek ANCC certification. The Director of Nursing Services in consultation with the Bargaining Unit President will determine which certification subject is most relevant to the program area of the employee's current position.
