Common use of Ancillary Duties Clause in Contracts

Ancillary Duties. All Employees of School Corporation sponsored homebound instruction, summer enrichment, and summer high school credit courses, except driver’s education, who are covered by this Agreement, shall receive an amount for their services as determined by the following formula: Per diem rate divided by the actual number of hours contracted with the Board.
