and d) No Impact. The proposed project does not include the construction of structures or increased use by people and would not be subject to significant hazards associated with landslides, lateral spreading, or collapse. The property does include an existing hay barn that was constructed on a four-foot high pad or berm located at the eastern edge of the site. The pad and barn structure are subject to an ongoing enforcement action initiated by the Central Valley Flood Protection Board (CVFPB, 2011). To resolve the enforcement action, the agency has ordered the applicant to remove the unpermitted barn and the imported fill that was used to create the pad by November 1, 2014 (CVFPB, 2011). No County permits for the proposed project will be issued by Yolo County until this enforcement action is resolved.
