ANNEXATION, CONSOLIDATION OR OTHER REORGANIZATION OF THE DISTRICT. A. This Agreement shall be binding upon the Board and its successor and upon any school district into which or with which the District shall be merged, combined, subdivided or otherwise reorganized.

In the event that this district shall be combined with one or more districts, combined, subdivided or otherwise reorganizedthe Board will use its best efforts to assure the continued recognition of the Association and the continued employment of its members in such consolidated district.
