Announcement of Apparent Successful Bidder. Enterprise Services will determine the Apparent Successful Bidder(s) (“ASB”) per category/sub-category. The ASB will be the responsive and responsible Bidder (s) that best meet(s) the Competitive Solicitation requirements and presents the best total value, including price, as calculated consistent with the instructions set forth in Exhibit CBid Price, and other factors as set forth in this Competitive Solicitation. Designation as an ASB does not imply that Enterprise Services will issue an award for a Cooperative Purchasing Master Agreement to your firm. Rather, this designation allows Enterprise Services to perform further analysis and ask for additional documentation. The Bidder must not construe this as an award, impending award, attempt to negotiate, etc. If a Bidder acts or fails to act as a result of this notification, it does so at its own risk and expense. Upon announcement of the ASB, Bidders may request a debrief conference as specified in Section 5.

Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
