Common use of Annual Activity Report Clause in Contracts

Annual Activity Report. A cumulative Plan year statistical report delivered during the Contract Term to parties identified by the County within thirty (30) days after the end of each Plan year. The format of the report will include the same information as in the Monthly Plan Activity Report described above.
