Common use of Annual Calendar Clause in Contracts

Annual Calendar. ‌ The Superintendent shall provide the Association President with a blank copy of the Illinois State Board of Education form calendar for the ensuing school year upon his/her receipt of the form. The Association may provide written calendar recommendations to the Superintendent for presentation to the Board prior to its adoption of the official school calendar. Such recommendations must be accompanied by written rationale for the same and must be received by the Superintendent prior to February 1st. ARTICLE VI ‌‌ WORKING CONDITIONS‌ A.
