Pass Through Charges definition

Pass Through Charges means any applicable third party costs or charges relating to the supply and distribution of Energy to the Supply Point(s) including, but not limited to, transportation and distribution use of system charges by the Electricity Distributor or Gas Transporter (as applicable) that are reflected in our tariff;

Pass Through Charges. : means any applicable third party costs, charges, tax, duty, levy, tariff or any government imposed charge, relating to the supply and distribution of electricity to the Supply Point including, but not limited to, transportation and distribution use of system charges by the Network Operator, Equipment Charges and VAT;

Pass Through Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).

• As prescribed in FAR 15.408(n)(1) & 15.408(n)(2), provisions 52.215-22, “Limitations on Pass Through Charges- Identification of Subcontract Effort (Oct 2009),” apply.

• The Parties agree that amended Offer Letters may, from time to time, need to be developed and issued by the Company to deal with any changes which may arise from a failure of the Assumptions or arising from the Charges (including Pass Through Charges) and Security or a policy change by the CER.

• Recipient shall bear any and all sales, use, excise, value added, transaction and transfer taxes and other similar charges (and any related interest and penalties) imposed on, or payable with respect to, any Service Charges, Pass Through Charges and Termination Charges payable by Recipient pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Pass Through Charges

Pass Through Charges means all third party levies, costs, charges, taxes, duties or levies wholly or partly relating to supply and transportation of Gas to the Supply Premises or which We are otherwise entitled or required to pass through to You.

Pass Through Charges means the actual documented costs charged (without markup) by a Third-Party Service Provider for the Services provided.

Pass Through Charges means charges payable by the Customer to the Company as set out and identified as such in the Offer Letter and/or arising under Clause 17.10 of the General Conditions;

Pass Through Charges means all charges and taxes levied by a Control Area Operator or any Governmental Authority (other than APX Fees) in connection with ( i ) the purchase, sale, Delivery, and use of APX Products; or ( ii ) the use of any APX Service.
