Initial Capacity definition

Initial Capacity means 1▇▇ ▇▇▇-▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ the Network allocated on a Segment-by-Segment basis as set forth in Part A of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
Initial Capacity means the initially installed electric power generating capacity of the Cogeneration Facility of approximately 6.4 gross megawatts with initial parasitic loads of approximately 0.4 megawatts and, if the Compressor Station required for the North City Cogeneration Project and certain flares are added as parasitic loads, parasitic loads of approximately 1.0 megawatts for an approximate net generating capacity of 6.0 megawatts or 5.4 megawatts, as applicable.
Initial Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Initial Capacity in a sentence

  • The Initial Base Capacity Test shall be conducted using the same test procedures and adjustment methodology as for the Initial Capacity Test, except that each Unit will be at Base Load without duct firing.

  • Within 30 days prior to the Initial Delivery Date, Seller shall conduct an Initial Capacity Test.

More Definitions of Initial Capacity

Initial Capacity means the capacity constructed and made available in the first phase of the TAP Transportation System, planned to be 10 bcma, as referenced in the Joint Opinion.
