Services Charge definition

Services Charge means a recurring charge made by the manager of a retirement village and payable by a resident of the retirement village in consideration of the provision of goods or services or both by the manager to the resident.
Services Charge means the fee payable by the Client to DITS in exchange for the performance of the Services as agreed to in writing by DITS;
Services Charge means the charge payable in respect of the provision of Services under this Agreement as indicated in the Schedule or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time;

  • All Customers taking service under the ISO Services Tariff must pay the Market Administration and Control Area Services Charge, as specified in Rate Schedule 1 of this ISO Services Tariff.

  • The CAISO will charge EIM Market Participants an EIM Administrative Charge consisting of the real-portions of the Market Services Charge and the System Operations Charge.

Services Charge has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 5.1(b)(vii).

The heading to the paragraphs in the Agreement are inserted for the purpose of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision to which they relate. In the event that any definition in this clause I contains a substantive provision, then such provision shall be given effect to as if the same were incorporated into the main body of the agreement.
