Annual Capital Grant. Shentel shall provide an annual grant to the County to be used in support of the production of local PEG programming (the “Annual PEG Access Capital Grant”). Such grant may be used by the County, in its sole discretion for (i) PEG access equipment, including, but not limited to, studio and portable production equipment, editing equipment and program playback equipment; and (ii) renovation or construction of PEG access facilities.
