Equity Incentive Compensation definition

Equity Incentive Compensation means the equity compensation awards provided to Executive by the Company under Section 4.d.
Equity Incentive Compensation means all equity-based compensation (including stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock and performance shares) awarded under the Company’s incentive plan(s), as in effect from time to time (as of the date of adoption of this Plan the Amended and Restated Employee Long-Term Incentive Plan).
Equity Incentive Compensation means all equity-based compensation (including stock options and restricted stock) awarded under the Company’s incentive plan, as in effect from time to time (as of the date of adoption of this Policy the “restricted stock,” “stock options” and “other equity-based awards” within the meaning of Sections 4.6, 4.7 and 4.8, respectively, of the Company Incentive Plan).

Equity Incentive Compensation means all equity-based compensation (including stock options and restricted stock) awarded under the Company’s 2014 Equity Incentive Plan or other incentive plan, as in effect from time to time.
