Franchises will establish obligations to provide PEG Access Facilities to meet the community’s needs and interests.
The parties agree that the provision of Public, Educational and Governmental access programming, scheduling playback, services and PEG Access Facilities (collectively, the “Access Functions”) will be performed by the Cable Board, its designated agent and/or the Community Programming Center.

City and Grantee may negotiate an agreement for management of PEG Access Facilities, if so desired by both parties.
