Annual establishment of fund. A Staff Development Fund will be 15 established each fiscal year on the basis of the formula of $250.00 ($275.00 16 effective July 1, 2014) per FTE. Employer-required education will not be paid for 17 out of Staff Development Funds, and will be in addition to benefits provided in 18 this section. Participation in this fund is limited to nurses who hold benefited 19 positions.
