Annual fee increase of 9%. 3.3.3.1. This increase (referred to as the ‘Fixed Increase’) shall be applied each 1 April, subject to clauses 3.3.3.3 and 3.3.3.4 below. As an illustration, if you enter a home on 1 August 2023 at a weekly fee of £1,200, on 1 April 2024 the Fixed Increase would result in a revised fee of £1,308.00.
