Annual LCAP. The Charter School shall comply with Education Code section 47606.5, as that statute may be amended from time to time, as well as its implementing regulations, if any. The Charter School’s Local Control and Accountability Plan (“LCAP”), and annual updates thereto as required by law, shall be annually provided to the District by July 1, unless a different date is established by law. The Charter School will utilize the State Board of Education’s template to submit its LCAP pursuant to this section. To the extent practicable, the Charter School shall report LCAP data in a manner consistent with how information is reported on a school accountability report card.

  • Annual Renewal All LLS grants are subject to an annual renewal; continued funding of this Grant is contingent upon the availability of funds and research progress. Where funding is not available for a renewal and LLS does not elect to renew this Agreement, the Grantee will be given 60 days’ notice in writing that the Grant will not continue. LLS does not send out continuation notices if the Grant has been renewed.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. The Choate Team will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Annual Vacation Employee shall be entitled to twenty (20) business days of paid vacation during each year of this Agreement. Employee may be absent from his employment for vacation at such times as are pre-approved by the Employer’s Chief Executive Officer. Unused vacation shall not be carried over into the next year, and will not be paid in the form of cash.
