Annual Leave and Damei Havra’a. The Employee shall be entitled to twenty-four (24) working days of paid annual leave each year. The Employee shall not be allowed to accrue more than thirty (30) working days of annual leave except in unusual circumstances and with the permission of the Company. Any accrued and unused vacation days can be redeemed by the Employee in accordance with the provisions of the Annual Leave Law – 1951. In addition, the Employee shall be entitled to paid leave on the major national and religious holidays celebrated in Israel, and in accordance with the normal practice of the Company in effect from time to time. The Company shall also pay the Employee an amount equivalent to five (5) days of damei havra’a each year in accordance with the law and the normal practice of the Company in effect from time to time.
