Annual Leave Payment Upon Termination. Upon termination, employees shall be paid in full for all accrued leave; however, accrued leave shall not be paid to employees who terminate or are terminated during the initial probationary period. In the event of the death of an employee, the employee's estate will be paid in full for accrued leave.
