Annual Management Administrative Leave. On January 1 of each year, all permanent full time sworn and non-sworn management employees shall be credited with seventy-four (74) hours of paid management administrative leave. This time is non-accruable and all balances will be zeroed out effective December 31st of each year. Permanent part-time employees shall have such leave prorated based on their position hours.
