ANNUAL MAXIMUM REIMBURSEMENT. Total annual cost to the City shall not exceed $1,000 per fiscal year per employee, subject to availability of funding, and the tuition reimbursement will not be given to those employees who qualify for similar benefits under any other tuition refund or incentive program, policy or agreement.
