Annual Post Construction Monitoring Report. Upon the Effective Date of this Order on Consent, until this Order on Consent terminates in accordance with Paragraph XX, Respondents shall submit annually with its September 1st Semi-Annual Report an Annual Post Construction Monitoring Report containing information generated in accordance with the Post- Construction Monitoring Program that is a required element for an approved LTCP. The Annual Post Construction Monitoring Report may be provided either as paper documents or in electronic format, provided that the electronic format (i) is compatible with the Department software, (ii) is accompanied by a written certification on paper in accordance with Paragraph XII.D, and

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Project Reports; Completion Report 1. The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the World Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Implementation Report Within 150 days after the Effective Date, Ensign Group shall submit a written report to OIG summarizing the status of its implementation of the requirements of this CIA (Implementation Report). The Implementation Report shall, at a minimum, include:

  • Project Construction Budget The project construction cost allowance specifically stated in writing as the ‘revised’ or ‘current’ ‘Project Construction Budget’ by the Trustees at each applicable phase of plan development.
