Common use of Annual Price Increase Clause in Contracts

Annual Price Increase. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the estimated Service Fees set forth in this Exhibit O shall remain in effect until ****. Thereafter, Omnicare CR reserves the right to increase the price of the remaining Services under this Exhibit O as of each ****, such increases shall not exceed the percentage change of the Medical Services Price Index for the corresponding period.
