Common use of Annual Schedule Clause in Contracts

Annual Schedule. 1. Contractor shall submit an annual schedule to the Inspector for approval. The schedule shall indicate the time frames when the work shall be accomplished. 2. Contractor shall submit revised schedules when actual performance differs substantially from planned performance. 3. The items of work shall be performed Monday through Friday with the exception of trash. Trash will be emptied daily, Monday through Sunday, according to Performance Schedule below. Contractor shall indicate days of actual performance on weekly schedule. 4.
